Amazon, Random House, and many other sites have posted a cover image for Cyndere’s Midnight. But that was a mistake. It wasn’t the actual book cover. It was an early design concept.
Now, cover artist Kristopher Orr and the good folks at WaterBrook are nearing a decision on a final cover. But they’re interested in your opinion. Which of these two designs “grabs” you? Which one would you pick up and feel compelled to purchase? Which one is better, and why?

I would definitely go with option A. I think it’s more consistent with the first book in the series and adds interest. I am curious to read who this girl is on the cover. Otherwise you’re just wondering what the deal is with those glowing rocks.
I agree with t_clair. I like option A for the same reasons. I think having a girl on the cover adds intrigue that feels lacking in the cover without her in it.
